    The AGM is usually held around the weekend nearest to Jeannie's Memorial Weekend which is the time of her birthday on March 23rd.

    Details will be posted here of the weekend's planned events. Accommodation needs to be booked early on as this weekend can sometimes occur at the same time as Easter. We do have details of some self catering accommodation in the area so please contact us for those details. You can always view the forum under the post listed as 'Recommended places to stay' for other details.
